Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via our online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box to ensure full credit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement device within 3 to 5 business days.
